Shipping and Charges

Prices include 20% VAT in Austria and 19% VAT in Germany.

Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 20€.

Free delivery
From an order value of 60€ we send free of shipping costs in Austria and to Germany.

Delivery time
Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday, no shipping on Saturday and Sunday. Please allow one weekday for your parcel to be ready for dispatch. Parcel delivery time is 1-2 days within Austria and 3-5 days to Germany. Parcels in Germany are delivered by DHL.

After your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from the delivery company with a link where you can check the status of your shipment.

Only for deliveries to Austria and Germany.

Buyer's obligation to accept ordered goods and consequences of default of acceptance

You are obliged to enable delivery of the ordered goods and to accept them. If you refuse to accept the goods or do not make it possible (e.g. by being absent at the time of delivery or lacking alternative delivery options such as collection from the post office or delivery to a neighbour), you are in default of acceptance. In the event of a delay in acceptance, the buyer must reimburse the seller for any additional expenses incurred as a result. These include, in particular, return shipping costs, new shipping costs and any storage costs. Additional fees, such as penalty postage for non-collection, may also fall under the obligation to pay compensation. We therefore ask you to ensure that the goods are accepted, as we will charge you the additional costs of € 5.00 in the event of a delay in acceptance.

Returns
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. If you wish to return your parcel, please send us an e-mail to office@biomat-shop.com and inform us about the return, otherwise it will be difficult to allocate the goods. We will bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return takes place within Austria and Germany. You can find more information on this in our Terms and Conditions.
